Q - Is it women only event?
A - No. Men, women, and non-binary. Everyone is welcome.
Q - I'm a gluten free vegan. Can you accommodate?
A - Yes. Please make us aware of your needs (menu is mainly vegetarian)
Q - Can I purchase a day-pass and go home at night?
A - Unfortunately, we can't accommodate this request until the resort is fully booked. BUT you can put your name on a waiting list and we can contact you once we know how many seats we have available. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Q - I don't like using PayPal. Can I pay another way?
A - Yes. You can also pay by e-transfer to email@example.com
Q - Can I pay in instalments?
A - No. Unfortunately we are not in a position to manage payment plans.
Q - What if I need to cancel?
A - You can cancel anytime before Jan 15th 2018 for a full refund (less admin fees). After that, you can only transfer your ticket. Please see our terms and conditions.
Q - How are the rooms arranged?
A - Severn Lodge has a variety of cottages and hotel rooms, each with their own, unique qualities. Because of the varying number of group bookings, mobility requirements, and other factors, we are not able to assign rooms until we have our complete list of participants and their needs. After that, we will assign cottages and rooms based on the order in which you have bought your tickets and the size of group you are signed up with. If you have special needs or requests, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. Your key will be waiting for you when you arrive on Friday night.
Q - Should I bring my ukulele / face paint / journal / bad attitude / good attitude / stories / skills
A - Yes. All of it. Bring it. If you're a mess, bring your mess. If you're full of sunshine, bring that. We love you no matter what state you're in! : )
